Gauteng Enterprise Propeller Manual Applications Process

Our online application system is temporarily unavailable. However, you may still apply manually for GEP support.

To apply manually, submit your completed APPLICATION FOR FINANCE form or NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT form by EMAIL or at one of our REGIONAL OFFICES.

All applications must be submitted with the following documents:

  • Business plan with five-year projections or management accounts
  • Previous three-years financial statement and current management accounts (for existing businesses)
  • Purchase/Sales/Lease/ Franchise/ Licensing/ Agency or any other agreements
  • Any other information supporting your proposal
  • Company Registration Document
  • Purchase Order/Contract / Subcontract
  • Residential Address – Water and rates to be submitted
  • Marriage certificate and divorce decree, if applicable
  • Identity document
  • Details of members, if applicable
  • Additional info may be requested depending on the type of deal

HOW TO APPLY:

1. By email

  • Download the APPLICATION FOR FINANCE or NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT form.
  • Print and complete the form ensuring that all fields are completed accurately.
  • You may complete your form in PDF, but you are required to affix your original signature (not electronic).
  • Send the completed form along with required documents to applications@gep.co.za.
  • You will receive a reference number that you can use for inquiring about your application.

2. By visiting one of our regional or satellite offices

  • Download the APPLICATION FOR FINANCE or NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT form.
  • Print and complete the form ensuring that all fields are completed accurately.
  • Submit your completed form to your nearest regional office along with the required annexures.

If you require assistance with the printing and completion of the form, visit your nearest regional office. Please ensure that you bring all the required application documents.

  • We will assist you in completing the form and submission.
  • We will provide you with a reference number once the application process is complete.
  • All COVID-19 health and safety protocols will be strictly adhered to in all our offices.

Once the application is received, it will be reviewed against our requirements and the submitted information verified.
