Manager: Compliance

Purpose of position

To support and assist in the achievement of the GEP’s strategic objectives through ensuring that a company’s policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Company Secretary (Five (5) years Fixed term performance-based Contract)

Purpose of position

Develops, implements, and monitors the company’s secretarial, legal, risk and compliance policies in support of the strategic plan, statutory and governance requirements. Ensures the required legal compliance of all business units and establishes compliance processes and/or standards accordingly.

Senior Manager: Investment Management

Purpose of position:

To support SMMEs and COOPS through the commissioning of detailed analysis of business needs and tactically advising on financial business development support initiatives/interventions thereby enabling the achievement of GEP’s strategic objectives.
